Order and Payment.
All orders are by cleared funds (orders will not be dispatched until they are paid for in full).

All UK Orders can
be sent out by Recorded Signed for Delivery, Which is much safer as it
needs a signature before it is left, and will not be left unattended ,
which in turn is safer than normal postage as those can be left
unattended.
It is also a lot easier to track down a package if it was to go missing and it is only an extra 75p.
Recorded Signed for Deliveries are not traceable on-line, They
are safer because they will not be left without a signature, only
Special Delivery is fully Traceable.
The basket will present you with the delivery options available and the price for each option, the system calculates the cost on the overall weight of the order.
UK Customers.
All UK orders can be sent
by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and requires a signature on delivery,
With this service the parcel will not be left without a signature, if
you are out the postmen will leave a note for you to rearrange delivery
or collect it from your local office.

Postage
is charged at a minimum amount of £2.99 per order/parcel going to one address, plus the total weight of the order, each item as been weighed and the total price of postage will be given to you at the checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 working hours of you placing
them. So if you place an order on a Monday morning the latest we will
dispatch it is Thursday, If the item is in stock. If an item is out of
stock, I will contact you at the email address specified on your order
and let you decide how to proceed, be it wait for new stock or refund.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted,
We aim to deliver all items within 7 - 10 days, in any event within 28
days
Items that are Missing or lost in the post will be replaced or a refund
credited to your account after a period of 15 working days from
dispatch for UK deliveries and 25 working days for all other
deliveries.
For items lost or gone missing in the Post we will require a signed
confirmation form to be completed by the addressee of the parcel before
we offer a refund.
Some postal addresses in remote areas of Great Britain, Northern
Ireland and some offshore islands may not be covered by our normal
delivery services. Should this be the case we will contact you and
notify you of any additional charges.
Overseas Customers.
All Overseas orders are sent by International Air Mail,
Europe International Air Mail
is charged at a minimum amount of £3.99 per order/parcel going to one
address, plus the total weight of the order, each item as been weighed
and the total price of postage will be given to you at the checkout.
Rest of the World International Air Mail
is charged at a minimum amount of £4.99per order/parcel going to one
address, plus the total weight of the order, each item as been weighed
and the total price of postage will be given to you at the checkout.
Overseas customers please contact if it is viable to send out multiple heavy items or books to you.
Maximum
weight for overseas Airmail is 2KG. If the item is over 2KG then the
items will be sent out in more than one parcel. Contact Us if you have
multiple items and I can find out the cost of postage and if it can be
sent.
International Airmail is not traceable and if the parcel is lost you
have to wait at least 25 days from the expected delivery date before
you can claim.
Europe sometimes arrives within four days but other times can take up to 10 or 14 days.
USA is around 7-14 days and Rest of World is 7- 14 days.
Of course it all depends on things we have no control over as well.
Please
wait at least 25 days from the expected delivery date before submitting
a claim for loss of an international item. This is to allow time for an
item to be delivered overseas - it may have been held at a local
delivery office in the destination country and be waiting for
collection or redelivery if no one was at home to accept the item when
delivery was initially attempted. Or the item may not have been
delivered for some reason in which case it will be returned to the
sender in the UK
For items lost or gone missing in the Post we will require a
signed confirmation form to be completed by the addressee of the parcel
